Marinated Steak Salad
In a large container (not metal) or resealable food storage plastic bag, combine steak with KP’s Soakin’ Sauce; mix well; turn to coat. Cover container or seal bag; refrigerate overnight.
Heat grill. When ready to grill, remove steak from Soakin’ Sauce; save some of the sauce for basting as you grill. Place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal, cook to desired likeness turning and basting with reserved sauce once or twice. Discard any remaining sauce.
Cut steak across grain into slices and place on your favorite salad.
